Airshafts also called “Air Bars,” “Air Mandrels,” or “Air Expanding Shafts” are purposely used in the manufacturing processes for fitting the core onto material surfaces in the various industries. Readily expandable, it has a quick and firm attachment. Simultaneously, in the process of fitting into a core, once the winding of the product is over, it can easily be deflated to help in easy withdrawal of the shaft.
